3. Booking, Payments, and Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Remaining balances must be paid before photos are delivered.

Cancellation or rescheduling must comply with the policy you received at booking.
4. Photo Rights & Usage

CSG Photos retains copyright ownership of all images.

Clients receive personal-use rights to their purchased images.

Commercial usage requires written licensing agreements.

CSG Photos may use images for portfolio, marketing, or promotional purposes unless the client provides a written request not to.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Arrive on time for scheduled sessions

Not alter or edit photos without permission (except cropping)

7. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products and services, all sales are final once images or deliverables are provided.
