Wondering how long it takes for agents to receive their pictures? What exactly is a Matterport? Do you want to know if we are licensed and insured? All your questions are answered below. And if they’re not answered, please contact us directly!
How long does it take to receive Real Estate Photos and Narrated Videos?
Photos are fully edited and generally delivered within 24 business hours from the shoot. Video takes a little bit longer as the script writing process and the narrated voiceover acting takes time to put together. All products including the listing and marketing kit are delivered within 72 business hours.
Where are you located?
Our office is in Hagerstown, MD. We service lower Pennsylvania areas such as Chambersburg, and West Virginia Areas like Martinsburg. We serve all of Maryland including Frederick and Mt. Airy. Do you think that you are too far away for our services? Just contact us. We can contract photographers to ensure that your needs are met!
Do I need to be at the location?
You do not need to be at the residence, if there is a keybox and we have access to the building. Just please ensure that everything is prepared according to our checklist prior to is arriving. If you expect any surprises once we arrive, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can help you find a solution.
How do I reschedule?
Hopefully you don’t have to reschedule. We will work with you as much as possible to ensure that a succesful shoot is acheived. However, we understand that life happens, so if you absolutely have to reschedule your photoshoot, just call as early as possible. We prefer at least 24 hours notice.
How do I receive my Media Kit?
Every listing comes with a full media kit, including a Narrated Voiceover Video, Social Media Posts and of course the images that you have ordered. Our listings generally receive thousands of views, and the listings are branded to you, so it is in your best interest to utilize the web pages that we create for you. We are aware that many real estate agents already have their marketing in place, and simply want access to the products and deliverables that we create. That is absolutely fine as well. You will receive and email with download links for all of your media for you and your Social Media Manager.
Can I customize packages?
Absolutely! In fact, we prefer it! We take pride in being able to deliver an extremely consistent original product for every listing and you will too! We want you to be able to give your sellers the best marketing advantages available for them to sell their home. If their is something unique that you deliver to your clients, let us know. We will work it into your package and ensure that you are able to complete your irresistable offer for your clients!
Are you Licensed and Insured?
CSG Photos is fully insured and we only contract with photographers who are licensed and insured as well. Christopher is an FAA Certified Drone Pilot with 18 years of aviation experience.
What is a Matterport?
You may have heard the term, “A Matterport,” thrown around in real estate jargon. A Matterport is referring to a 360 Degree Fully Immersive Virtual Reality style tour. A true Matterport is hosted on the Matterport Site and has specific characteristics, but 360 Tours can also be hosted on other platforms such as Zillow 3D and 3DVista as well as Google Street View, for business locations.
